🐶 of course we will be together forever. i really like that saying, forever doesn’t exist but we will keep challenging forever, that’s what we are doing. actually 13 people is a lot but the fact that the 13 of us have the same mindset and we gather to protect it is so nice. i’m talking about the contract right now yea? there is a fixed time period but of course we can just re-re-re-new it, anyways we will keep going [together]

i want to say this as someone older, i understand this concept more being through almost the same thing. even with regular friendships, you have to actively keep on working on the relationship and foster that through time and mutual effort.

what’s amazing about seventeen is that they are all actively choosing each other and staying with each other not just out of obligation but of pure want to continue the friendship and the group itself. it takes a LOT of effort to maintain this level of close friendship with this many people and not just any people, it’s the people you work with. everyone in the group obviously is taking their own path with their solo and unit work but are doing so in a way that doesn’t step on the group itself. that’s all so selfless of them and it’s hard. it would definitely be easier to pursue your own thing alone but they don’t. if we take into account more the fact that to continue as a group they probably had to compromise still on a lot of things but found an agreement within each other, you could really understand how much each of them and the group as whole meant to them.
