@nxwestmidlands Further to yesterdays message. The 7:47 19 service decided to slow down but not turn into Wisley Way (we can see the road it comes in from) No doubt you will blame an obstruction today but the bus returning to Dudley turned and went the correct route.

@nxwestmidlands Morning, service 19 due at 7:47 on Wisley Way to QE has failed to show up again? It’s happening regularly again. Is there a diversion I can’t find? Somedays they show up others they don’t. Thanks

@nxwestmidlands So in other words it wasn’t posted on here. That could have been said 3 replies ago with a sorry and I would have accepted it as mistakes happen. Not great really. I will leave it there.

@nxwestmidlands please can you advise when the 19 service will resume its normal route around Wisley Way and Rilstone Rd? I can’t find anything on here and the buses are cutting out the loop because of road works apparently.

@nxwestmidlands I appreciate your response but that wasn’t my question. I check daily for diversions. I understand some aren’t always possible to post in advance but I have searched via road names, service numbers and dates and cannot find this diversion. When was this posted please?

@Tesco I have spoken to your customer service line this morning about the issues with orders. We have no delivery or email to say it’s been cancelled. CS said our order looks to be just running late but couldn’t give us a time. Is there anything you can find out for me please?

@Tesco Bit lacking in quality control of late with the sealing of your own brand goods.Keep losing bags of crisps that have been heat sealed into the main bag. Now today I have the same with microwave rice. The outer bag has been melted in when it’s been sealed.
