@airindia my Dad was told his luggage was never even loaded on to the plane, so how come our air tags show that the bags are at the New Dehlu airport when he flew a direct flight from BOM to EWR?!

@airindia first the flight from BOM to EWR is delayed, then the baggage for over half the passengers is lost yet no one from Air India has the decency to give any updates! I’m trying to call the customer service number and the call keeps hanging up. What a horrendous experience!

@BrooksBrothers the racism was abundantly clear. I didn’t see any of the other white males trying on shirts being talked down to. I wish I could’ve responded to him the way he deserved, but my parents taught me better than that and I left the store to de-escalate the situation.
