لە سەرووی هەموو شتێکەوە، کاری هەرە لەپێشینەمان بریتییە لە سەلامەتی، خۆشگوزەرانی و پاراستنی هاوڵاتیانمان. دەزگا فریاگوزارییەکان و هێزەکانی بەرگری بە تەواوی خراونەتە گەڕ و بێوچان کار دەکەن بۆ دەستەبەرکردنی ئاسایش لە سەرتاسەری وڵاتدا. لەم کاتە سەختەدا شانبەشانی براکانمان لە هەولێر دەوەستین و هێرشکردنە سەر هەر یەکێکمان هێرشە بۆ سەر هەموومان.

داوا لە هەمووان دەکەین کە ئارام و چاوکراوە بن و پابەندی رێنماییە فەرمییەکانی دەزگا ئەمنییەکانمان بن. هەموومان پێکەوە بە خۆڕاگری و رژدبوونمانەوە دەوەستین.

ئەم کردەوە شەڕانگێزییە بەئەنقەستە، پێشێلکارییەکی توندی یاسا نێودەوڵەتییەکان و ئاڵۆزکردنێکی بێ پاساوە. بە توندترین شێوە سەرکۆنەی ئەم هێرشە دەکەین. با ئەوە روون بێت: بەئامانجگرتنی نەتەوەکەمان بە تەواوی قبوڵنەکراوە، سەلامەتیی گەلەکەمان هێڵێکی سوورە کە ناتوانرێت پێشێل بکرێت.

ئێمە بەدوای پەرەسەندنی گرژی و ئاڵۆزیدا ناگەڕێین و خوازیاری ناسەقامگیریی زیاتریش نین لە ناوچەکەدا، بەڵام نابێت دانبەخۆداگرتنمان بە کەمبوونی ورە یان بێتوانایی لێکبدرێتەوە. ئێمە بەشێوەیەکی چالاکانە لەگەڵ هاوپەیمان و هاوبەشەکانمان لە هەماهەنگیداین بۆ دەستەبەرکردنی وەڵامێکی دیپلۆماسی و بەرگریکردنێکی ژیرانە، یەکلاکەرەوە و بەهێز بۆ پاراستنی نەتەوەکەمان.

ئێمە داوای راگرتنی دەستبەجێی ئەم کردەوە دوژمنکارییانە دەکەین و داوای روونکردنەوەی دەستبەجێ دەکەین سەبارەت بەم پێشێلکارییانە. سەرنجی ئێمە بە تەواوی لەسەر بەرگری، هێورکردنەوەی دۆخەکە و پاراستنی تەواوی هاوڵاتیانمان دەمێنێتەوە.

تعرضت أمتنا ليلة أمس لانتهاك خطير وغير مقبول لأمنها وسيادتها، حيث استهدف هجوم بالصواريخ الباليستية، أُطلق من إيران، وطننا وقواتنا الأمنية الباسلة.

وقبل كل شيء، فإن أولويتنا القصوى هي سلامة مواطنينا ورفاههم وحمايتهم. وقد استنفرت أجهزة الطوارئ وقوات الدفاع كامل طاقاتها، وتعمل بلا كلل لضمان الأمن في جميع أنحاء الوطن. وفي هذا الظرف العصيب، نقف إلى جانب إخوتنا في أربيل، فالهجوم على أيٍّ منا هو هجوم علينا جميعاً.

وندعو الجميع إلى التحلي بالهدوء واليقظة، والالتزام بالتوجيهات الرسمية الصادرة عن أجهزتنا الأمنية. إننا نقف معاً، صامدين وثابتين.

إن هذا العمل العدواني المتعمد يُعد انتهاكاً صارخاً للأعراف الدولية، وتصعيداً غير مبرر. وإننا ندين هذا الهجوم بأشد العبارات. وليكن واضحاً للجميع: إن استهداف أمتنا أمر غير مقبول على الإطلاق، وإن سلامة شعبنا خط أحمر لا يمكن تجاوزه.

لسنا نسعى إلى تصعيد الصراع، ولا نرغب في المزيد من عدم الاستقرار في المنطقة. غير أن ضبط النفس الذي نتحلى به يجب ألا يُفسَّر على أنه افتقار إلى العزم أو القدرة. ونحن ننسق بشكل فاعل مع حلفائنا وشركائنا لضمان رد دبلوماسي ودفاعي مدروس وحاسم وقوي، بما يكفل حماية أمتنا.

وندعو إلى الوقف الفوري لهذه الأعمال العدائية، ونطالب بتوضيح فوري بشأن هذه الانتهاكات. وسيظل تركيزنا منصباً بالكامل على الدفاع، وخفض التصعيد، والحماية المطلقة لجميع مواطنينا.

Last night, our nation faced a grave and unacceptable violation of our security and sovereignty. A ballistic missile strike, launched from Iran, targeted our homeland and our heroic security forces.

​First and foremost, our immediate priority is the safety, well-being, and protection of our citizens. Emergency services and defense forces are fully engaged, working tirelessly to ensure security across the country. We stand with our brothers in Erbil at this grave time, an attack on one is an attack on all.

We urge everyone to remain calm, vigilant, and to follow the official guidance of our security services. We stand together, resilient and resolute.

​This deliberate act of aggression is a severe breach of international norms and an unwarranted escalation. We condemn this attack in the strongest possible terms. Let it be clear: the targeting of our nation is entirely unacceptable, and the safety of our people is a boundary that cannot be crossed.

​We are not seeking an escalation of conflict, nor do we desire further instability in the region. However, our restraint should not be mistaken for a lack of resolve or ability. We are actively coordinating with our allies and partners to ensure a measured, decisive, and robust diplomatic and defensive response to safeguard our nation.

​We call for an immediate cessation of these hostile actions, we demand an immediate explanation for these violations. Our focus remains entirely on defense, de-escalation, and the absolute protection of our citizens.

في ظلّ ما يشهده منطقتنا من توترات حادة وحالة من عدم الاستقرار، ينبغي عدم اتخاذ قرارات تمسّ مصير شعبنا ومعيشته بشكل منفرد. حكومة إقليم كوردستان حكومة ائتلافية، وعلى جميع الأطراف الالتزام بتلك الشراكة.

At a time when our region faces serious tensions and uncertainty, decisions that affect the fate and livelihood of our people cannot be taken unilaterally. The Kurdistan Regional Government is a coalition government, and all parties must act accordingly.

This is not a moment for escalation or political point-scoring. Our people deserve stability and the timely payment of their salaries. It is a time for unity in the face of potentially greater dangers.

We support constructive dialogue with partners in Baghdad and Erbil to safeguard the stability of the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, while ensuring that the welfare of our citizens is never jeopardized.

Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, met in Dabashan with @USAMBTurkiye Tom Barrack, special envoy of President Donald Trump, and @MazloumAbdi General Mazloum Abdi, General Commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

At the meeting, where Qubad Talabani, a senior PUK leadership member, was present, main focus was on the need to implement the January 29th agreement, and to work together to remove any obstacles that prevent the implementation of that agreement.

During the meeting, all sides affirmed the need for a Syria that respects all its communities, and will work together to help Syria become a constructive country in the region and the international community.

Our discussions focused on practical steps to advance implementation of the January 29 agreement between the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and the Syrian government.

The meeting reflected the importance of dialogue and coordination in addressing current challenges. We underscored the need for an inclusive political path in Syria — one that ensures representation for all communities and guarantees their constitutional rights within a stable and unified state.
