@It_Was_A_Good_D There are Manchester United legends (Scholes, Rooney, Giggs) that say Messi is the best ever. They played with Ronaldo and lost two finals to Messi.
Loving Messi and recognising he is the best is normal. Only idiotic fans think that it isn’t.
Ronaldo will be known as one of the all time greats because he got closer to Messi than any other player and was arguably better for a season or two, his mental fortitude is what should impress his staunch supporters but they now need to come to the realisation that Messi is the greatest to ever grace the game.
QUINCE.
Nunca obtuve respuestas.
Tu hermano,
Yan”.

@NoodleHairCR7 You are a clown. The accept that your 🐐 is washed. Dragging the entire team down. Calling a group with Uzbekistan, Congo and Colombia the groups of death 😂
What fascinates me more than the hat-trick is one question I’d love to ask Messi: How did you make them love you this much? Messi has reached a level with his teammates that even Maradona never truly achieved throughout his career.
The man in front of you is the same player who, after Argentina reached the 2014 World Cup final, had Mascherano walk up to him and say: “I’m tired of seeing you suffer. Today, we’re playing only for your happiness.” When the media criticized Messi, Agüero said they used to ask themselves just one question: “How can we get the ball to him in the best possible position to prove he’s the best?”
Then came Copa América 2021, when Di María said: “I was ready to break my leg if it meant Messi could win an international trophy.” Less than a year later, the level of devotion had somehow gone even higher. De Paul said: “I could go to war for him without even knowing the reason.” Emiliano Martínez went even further: “I’d be willing to die for Messi on the pitch.”
Now we’ve reached 2026. Do you think anything has changed? If anything, it’s become even stronger. Álvarez and Lautaro received chances they could have finished themselves, yet they waited for Messi and squared the ball to him so he could complete his hat-trick.
This Argentina team moves as one, beats as one, and rallies behind one name:
Messi. 🐐🇦🇷
Imagine being that much better than your peers, achieving literally everything one could possibly dream of achieving in the sport, and yet, over the course of 20 years and countless interviews, not ONCE has Messi failed to be anything but extreamely humble and classy.
The brilliance of Leo Messi is that the hattrick seems like just another day in his life.
A hattrick in the World Cup is possibly one of the greatest achievements for any player. To do that at the age of 38 is even more absurd.
Messi is still underrated. Truly magical.
If cinema had Akira Kurosawa, art had Leonardo da Vinci, politics had Lee Kuan Yew, science had Albert Einstein, music had Mozart, literature had Shakespeare, and chess had Garry Kasparov, football had Lionel Messi. Every field produces a once-in-a-century genius who redefines what humans are capable of. Messi was that for football, not merely the greatest of his era, but a benchmark for all eras.
There’s guys that are still lying about who is the greatest footballer of all time.
Being able to watch Messi and appreciate him for the absolute genius that he is, is wonderful there’s not a single player in the history of the sport that can chat to him.
You see Messi play like this and then think of the people that are giving a shout out to Declan Rice for the Ballon d’Or
There are levels to this game 😂
Sitting here at 4am having a mini existential crisis because I cannot make sense of Lionel Messi’s greatness.
My dopamine levels in these past 90 minutes…
