“Sir, I mostly buy and sell delivery-based shares. But since the turnover is high, I’m showing it under business income (PGBP), not capital gains.”

All good so far.

My staff worked tirelessly until midnight to upload the GST returns, facing immense challenges as the portal kept crashing!

It took 10 times more effort than usual.

Taxpayers and professionals are left wondering—why are @theicai, @bcasglobal, and @caas_org remaining silent during this ordeal?

Why is there no action by @cbic_india, @GST_Council, and @Infosys_GSTN?

Why turn a blind eye? This should be solved @PMOIndia.

Please extend due date for March GSTR-3B & protect from Late fee

Returns could not be filed entire day due to portal glitches & the problem has been reported at a mass level.

If not extended, then what would be the valid & moral reason for the same? @Infosys_GSTN @cbic_india

GST Portal lately feels less like a system and more like a daily struggle 😓

➡️ Frequent crashes, especially during peak hours
➡️ Logging in has become a task in itself
➡️ GSTR-3B isn’t saving, payments are getting stuck, and “proceed to file” feels almost impossible

This is leading to a huge waste of time and productivity for taxpayers.

👉 A sincere request to the authorities to kindly extend the due date for March-26 GSTR-3B at the earliest, so compliance can be completed without unnecessary stress.

Late fees, Interest & other applicable impact for filling delayed GSTR-3B should be relaxed for the month of March 2026.

The portal isn't working on the due date itself.

Thankfully I filled two appeals yesterday night itself which were time barring Tommorow 😊

Is there any accountability left or not?
Today’s situation has crossed all limits.

It would be better to clearly inform taxpayers not to attempt filing returns today, as the system is simply not working.

By tomorrow, everything will be processed along with interest and late fees—putting the burden unfairly on users.

Request you to please don't make the tax payers pay Late Fees for no fault of theirs.

3 days. That’s how long the #GSTPortal has been playing hide & seek with #taxpayers. Login fails. Auto logout. Captcha missing. OTP “not generated.”

@FinMinIndia Compliance shouldn’t depend on luck or refresh speed. When the system crashes, honest businesses pay the price.

Portal needs to function..As much as is the responsibility is of the taxpayer to file return timely..greater responsibility lies with @Infosys_GSTN to have the portal working when GSTR-2B is generated by 14th and return is to be filed by 20th...#GSTR3BExtension..
