Kudos to @WordPress on 6.8 diving into performance enhancements. Without a doubt, performance of the core platform is its biggest challenge. Would love to see compression, dynamic inclusion, database caching, API caching, and page caching be native before any other enhancement.

Blown away by @OpenAI’s new image creation. It’s pretty amazing at cartoons, caricatures, fantasy… but awful at headshots from images and, sadly, hierarchical system diagrams described perfectly in trees/bullets. #ChatGPT4o
Today, I used a pre-trained model on @GoogleColab, trained it with a proprietary knowledge base, loaded Flask on MacOS, downloaded my model, and ran it. I wrote a local web page, queried the model via an API, and got the response.

Was intimidated moving from iMovie to Final Cut Pro but the learning curve was pretty easy! The price tag not so much. I just had to design and import branded lower-thirds and couldn’t rely on the built-in ones… they’re horrible @apple! 🎥
