@Xfinity@XfinitySupport How would Comcast crews digging at my house without an 811 dig safe ticket be a billing issue? I've tried to contact your construction group but customer service can't connect me.

@ZackKorman Yeah. The connection part was good but its bad timing. That sit down should happen after 90 days so you know the processes and have real questions about them. New hires are a chance at fresh eyes on how you do business.
In a lot of ways AI reminds me of Wikipedia. When it first started out it was considered an unreliable source at best. Over time it built and lost and rebuilt trust as a useful and mostly correct source of information. AI will likely follow the same path.
