I wish I was dealing with @elonmusk vs @finkd @facebook @Meta because then I would actually have support so my nonprofit doesn’t crumble. It’s truly sad to see how poor they treat their customers.

I wouldn’t expect you to respond, your terrible customer service has shown its true colors. I hope you feel good about tearing apart a small nonprofit organization because you can’t take the time to support them.

Running a nonprofit is already a challenge but when you need support because @facebook made a mistake I feel helpless. @Meta has some of the worst support I have ever seen. Nothing but canned responses that don’t make sense. This is could crush our organization.
