I travel from Nashik to Kopargaon on Shivshahi bus; maintenance & cleaning are absolutely appalling. AC isn't working properly,AC cover broken,seats are filthy,more than half curtains are torn. how much lower can standards of this bus service sink?

It has been running in this manner for near six year now-charging express fares while operating like passenger train. This amount to the exploitation or fleecing of common man.I request you to operate this as regular passenger train again so public can get relief regarding fares.
