I am investing in index ETFs over actively managed Mutual funds for last few years because of fund manager don't share any thesis while investing in stock and they do small percentage bad investments in fund by choice and get money under the table.
The point is not that the MFs applied for the IPO or what the size was, the point is what was the mandate of that scheme?
Leaving aside the valuation question, if a FMCG or consumption theme fund applied for it, it still made some sense - but how can a large cap, midcap and small cap scheme all apply for the same IPO or that matter retirement fund and various others?
Saying that the size was small is no defence at all when dealing with public money!
@Rahul_J_Mathur Treat summaries just like movie trailer. Just like we watch 10 movie trailers and then we see 1 movie our of those 10 trailers, hear/read 10 summaries and then out of 10 those, read 1 full book.

@dkhare Indian SAAS founders avoid using someone else's SAAS for their own use cases and they building inhouse tech for it. This is very
large to having higher FTE spend.
