@FedEx After 3 calls of 30 min ire more all with 15 to 20 min holds that end up with being hung up on. With no call back. Two of the calls with so called escalation department.Ends me 58.40 extra on the prepaid shipping to get to destination since this was a critical medical item.
@FedExHelp You guys a horror show with your customer service u have made 10 calls and got no response from you. I always have someone even a supervisor put me on hold then auto hang up about 15 min later.
This is because of a problem in your computer system and that is as far as
we ever got before auto hang up while supervisor Angela was checking with local warehouse on issue. This starts to look as your computer system may be under some sort of being compromised.
Not sure what can be done to fix problem. Look up my calls either my name before offering
To say I am upset is an understatement. I will be pursuing all available options to resolve this including legal if necessary because this was a life saving test that may be ruined

Scheduled a priority pick up of an urgent medical sample and then FedEx cancels it.
When I tried to inquire was first ignored for an hour then told after 3rd call I would be called back in 15 min. That didnโt happen
