@chancethedev Dr says could be stress/lack of sleep but no other indicators. Having a physical blood level that can be checked helps a little but it doesn’t help prevention or prediction. Phenytoin tests are specialty tests here too, so can’t go around getting one every now and again.
@chancethedev My husband is epileptic. But like yours, it has been dormant most of his life. Same, nothing shows up on MRI. But there is a drop in phenytoin levels in blood. He’s been on medication since his last one, abt 2 yrs ago.
