@gavatron @AirCanada Totally get what you did. Flew on Swoop to Halifax recently- way home the flight cancelled with new flight in FOUR days. Cancelled that flight and booked Flair home- flight canceled two more times before we made it home without our suitcase. It arrived 10 days later. Sigh!

It was fabulous to see Dr. Joy Mighty (alias the mighty Joy) receive the 2020 Christopher Knapper Lifetime Achievement Award at ⁦@STLHE_SAPES⁩ 2022 conference. Joy’s leadership of STLHE was instrumental in making the society a leader in higher education in Canada. Bravo!
