@UPS you need to find better people in provide your customer service because they don’t listen. I’ve asked for my change of delivery to be refunded and has yet to be done due to your error. How do you lose packages that weigh over 30 lbs per box?

@UPS it’s baffling how you lose someone packages and shows it hasn’t been scanned since July 21st but instead of assisting me tell me to reach out to the sender. Horrible service at its best! Amazon didn’t lose the package you did.

@ATT count your days. Stealing deposits from consumers and billing deposits 4 months later. Then you don’t want to refund the deposit after cancelling the line is crazy. Definitely taking legal action!

@express I made a purchase to EXPRESS and my package was stolen. Their customer service department have refused to refund me and cooperate with UPS whom has been asking for documentation to complete the claim since 12/9/25. What kind of business are you running @express ?
