I'm starting a channel where I have fun looking at video games with a bit of a sociology! Only the pilot is up right now, but I plan to start posting videos more regularly. Also doing BlueSky more often with thoughts and updates.

For those who indicated interest in participating in in-depth interviews, I may contact you later regarding the interview portion of this study. Not everyone who noted interest will be contacted and participation is voluntary. The email will have more details.
Thank you!

First off, thank you all for the massive number of responses for the survey.
At this point, I have taken the survey down as I have hit the threshold for data for Part 1 of my research.
@E_M_M_A_012 Understandable, and I'll keep that in mind for the future. I primarily wanted to give a quick 'choose which is closest' option for this part of the research. I will allow more space for elaboration for those participating in the in-depth interview portion of this research.
@PrincessFelicie The legal name is primarily while I look for participants. Privacy is important, so the research will be using pseudonyms for any research that may be published. Any data related to individuals' names (Preferred and legal) will be deleted once the research is done.
@PrincessFelicie If you wish to leave legal name blank, then preferred name-only is fine.
To your second question, I am primarily reaching out for those who live in or are citizens of the United States.
@Sckit Understandable! For the in-depth interviews, I intend to ask for more specific answers and give more space to allow people to elaborate. For this intro survey, I primarily wanted to give a quick 'choose which is closest' option so I could better find diverse people to interview.
