56 days and counting to open a NatWest account. Notified them weeks ago of the incorrect email and now they’re saying due to that we have to start the application again. Complaint logged 7 days ago and nothing. Don’t ever bank with #natwest
@HSBCUKBusiness been on hold for 1hr 20mins and counting....great customer service. If you're looking for a business bank account, I would NOT recommend!
Spent 58 mins on hold to @AviosUK . Started the call 20 mins before closing time. Contacted the chat centre who assured me my call would be answered....another 40 mins and I finally give up. Thanks Avios.
