Today is ex-dividend date - meaning, today is the cutoff point for receiving a declared dividend; you must own the stock before this date to get the payment, as the stock trades "without dividend" on and after this day.
So, they locked in the dividend last Friday and sell today at the open to free up capital.

MSTR can still sell common stock even if mNav < 1. It’s not like the market won’t trade the stock.

They will not be forced to sell their Bitcoin unless it’s stays under like 20k for an extended time many years from now.

And, if that was to happen, MSTR selling BTC won’t be an issue.

@CoinVicky @blucepheus1 @opensea @BoredApeYC I had the same thing happen on a Boonji and it is still not fixed after 4 weeks. I have opened two support tickets with @opensea and no response. The transaction shows right in Etherscan and in Activity on both wallets, but it is stuck due to showing owned by old wallet.
