- According to a declassified U.S. intelligence report obtained by Just the News, American spy agencies (including the NSA) intercepted Ukrainian government communications in late 2022 discussing a scheme to reroute hundreds of millions of dollars in American taxpayer aid—originally earmarked for clean-energy infrastructure projects in war-torn Ukraine—back to the United States.

The alleged plan, which reportedly involved unspecified U.S. government personnel and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) office in Kyiv, used a fake or unnecessary infrastructure project as cover.

Approximately 90% of the allocated funds were intended to flow to the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to support then-President Joe Biden’s 2024 re-election campaign.

Their bet was simple: by the time it was exposed, the money would be unrecoverable — and a newly elected Democrat president would simply bury it.
