@Yatin137 @mlkhattar DLF has diverted funds of Express Greens to other projects. Buyers to be granted penalty for the harassment by the DLF and heavy compensation for the project delays. TH & IF were affected maximum as DLF has delivered ZERO unit to them. Need urgent assistance from SC and Ministry.

@indSupremeCourt We Aggrieved home buyers w/o possession for last 10 yrs by DLF, request Hon’ble SC to give their Judgement ASAP in Express Greens Manesar case. 03/18 Order by SC not executed by DLF/HSIIDC. Case gone to SC fr directions is still Pending since 2019 date pe date.
