The Winona Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 26-year-old female. Madeline “Maddi” Kingsbury was last seen on March 31st, 2023, when she dropped off her two children at a day care in Winona, MN with their father at 8 a.m. She returned to her home in Winona around 8:15 a.m. She hasn’t been seen or heard from since. The children’s father told police that he left Kingsbury’s residence in her van around 10 a.m. and that when he returned later in the day, she wasn't home. A van matching the description of Kingsbury’s vehicle — a 2014 dark blue Chrysler Town and County minivan — was seen driving on County Road 12 and Highway 43 in Winona County, southbound on Highway 43 through the eastern part of Fillmore County, and back to Winona on Highway 43 from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The family is offering a $50,000 reward for information on her whereabouts.
