@RKelanic Not sure what it adds up to, but in 2010s CA drought people managed to reduce water usage by ~25% in short order. I don't see why 10% or more shouldn't be feasible for oil in transport.

- make no effort to carpool even when feasible
- never take transit even when feasible
- make little to no effort to chain trips
