Decent people are sick of traitors masquerading as patriots,
of the treasonous continually waving the flag,
of hateful people peddling a God of love,
of human beings with no empathy pretending they care about the sanctity of life.

Everybody seems to be trying to prove that they are right. We have almost a collective incapacity to ever admit that we are wrong, which makes us liars most of the time. Jesus is calling forth a very different kind of human being. #DailyMeditations https://t.co/sx9MAAuirp
Our family has always been big MSU fans but something about this lessens my love a bit. Using an athlete from a sport you cut to advertise during a fundraiser. You can do better MSU! #battleformsuswimanddive
KUDOS to Penn State for making Tay’s last dual meet a great one! They honored their own seniors as well as MSU’s. Tay swam anchor in the 200 free relay and did great! B1G championships in three weeks and then her suit gets hung up after 14 years! Man I really hate Covid! #swimmom
Sometimes, God disguises his grace in the clothing of suffering and adversity.
I don't pretend to understand or even like it. All I know is, when I put on my God-goggles, I see his plan and purposes more clearly.
Trust God's heart even when you can't trace his hand.
We all carry a burden of shame. You see, shame thrives in secrecy and wants us to hide our fragility.
But, God calls us to name the shame before him and others, that we might be healed.
So, let's not allow shame to tell a false story and have the last word in our lives.
“Truth [is no longer] a process of collective discovery, but an orthodoxy already known to an enlightened few whose job is to inform everyone else.” Bari Weiss
Fear and faith cannot coexist as governors in the same domain. Where one reigns, the other will shrink, wilt and cower.
When we're full of one, there will be less of the other. So, as we start and go through our week, let's ask Jesus to make us FAITH-FULL so we can be FEAR-LESS.
