Dropping probably the most incredible set of aurora photos Iโve ever produced.
The colors were so vivid and I still cannot believe this happened.

@Intodaysnight I always save my own presets if Iโm doing a batch of similar shots. Even if itโs temporary. Otherwise I WILL forget how I edited the last shot like two seconds after hitting โSaveโ ๐
It was so strong that we managed to have aurora coronas reach as far south as Lower Michigan, and even Indiana!
Like those above, here are a few shots of the corona at zenith, meaning right overhead, and peep the last pic for a sweet Big Dipper pairing. ๐
This app shows potency via the color scale, with red being in the most likely to see the lights. The percentage reached over 55% for Gladstone, MI, at one point. The northern lights were visible to the naked eye. You could see pillars and pulsating.
