BREAKING: Donald Trump's week from hell gets exponentially worse as a judge rules that Special Counsel Jack Smith CAN access a staggering 1,600 communications found on MAGA Congressman Scott Perry's cell phone.

This historic ruling is the result of lengthy, partially secretive court battle that has now ended in major defeat for Republicans.

Smith and his elite investigative team are interested in the communications as they relate to the illegal Trumpist efforts to overturn the 2020 election. Perry was deeply involved with the electoral coup attempt.

Speculation is already rampant over how access to these communications will aid Smith's upcoming criminal trial of Trump — but judging by how hard MAGA fought to stop this, it's safe to presume they are significant.

At least one of the messages is said to illustrate Perry's attempts "to work with or influence members of the Executive Branch" during the period when Trump was trying to build support for his Big Lie that the election was stolen.
