-be more active in my community, joining the local library, clubs, etc
-paying attention to government at the local level, i.e. attending township meetings
-keeping my money local. Both where I do my spending and where I do my banking.

Ms. Rachel: I've had the honor of meeting with 10 absolutely precious children their wonderful families who have been locked in Dilley Immigration Detention Center in Texas. A prison that is neglecting, abusing, and traumatizing kids. There is no safe amount of time for a child to be in detention. Dilley immigration detention center must be shut down. We need to end the cruel policies of family detention and family separation.
