Hey @jchervinsky - is there a non-cynical legal reason that the plaintiffs in the @Ripple case haven’t asked for a TRO or a Prelim. injunction to stop @Ripple’s $XRP sales? Or is it just more sales = bigger class = more damage $$?

1. @Ripple tried this exact strategy for 3 years and learned from banks that this was not what they wanted.

The reason as to why most OG's don't have a wild irrational hatred of altcoins is because they are open-minded and curious. The same traits that led them to believing in Bitcoin early on in the first place; when the project was obscure and of dubious merit/value.
