Bringing others down (ESPECIALLY KIDS) who are of heavier weight does not help with the ed inspiration? I just feel bad for them honestly… kids can be raised in unhealthy homes and it’s harder for them to know what’s good and bad.

Does anyone wanna do a weight loss competition. Weekly weigh in ….??? I want to lose all my weight and my commitment is horrible, I believe having a competition will help.
