@OPay_NG I used my Opay card to make a withdrawal using the Firstbank ATM on the 17th of this month at exactly 8:14 AM. The transaction didn’t go through on the ATM, but I was debited ₦20,107. It’s been more than 5 working days and no reversal, @cenbank @NDICNigeria
