@AmericanAir No you won’t. You’ll say it’s out of your hands and do nothing. I’ve been through this before. Even had your credit card. Just fix your system. Fix your people. Fix everything about you. Air travel is a joke right now, and you are consistently the worst.
@AmericanAir 2 years ago I swore to never fly with you again. Took a gamble for this trip. I understand weather happens, but why are you so bad with communication? We just want to be treated like people, not things. Never again, for real this time.
@SouthwestAir With all of the changes you’ve made recently, I stuck by you. Even when you wouldn’t honor my companion pass this past year. But what am I paying for anymore? Bad customer service?
@SouthwestAir So because I took advantage of a direct-to-room baggage handling service, you won’t be reimbursing me for my bag that you obviously broke? Please tell your managers that I’ll be canceling my credit card that earns points for Southwest, and I’ll be looking elsewhere for flights.
@SouthwestAir Ok I get that, but we had our checked bag sent directly to our room at Disney. Your airline tagged it as damaged. I didn’t see my bag until we got to our room. I didn’t print out my own “damaged” sticker. Can we please get some reimbursement?
@Fritolay why has the amount of chips in your snack size bags gone down? I know this because 2-3 months ago I used to always have to cram the chips in my daughter’s lunch box and there wasn’t enough room. Now there’s room to spare! Surely the price hasn’t gone down. Why?
@bekahj It’s both. Things are too expensive AND people don’t know how to limit their spending. Houses are insane right now. But Uber Eats is also the biggest waste of money on the planet. Both things can be true.

@SouthwestAir I earned a Companion Pass last year that runs out at the end of February. Because of some personal life stuff, we were never able to use it. We’re finally going on a family vacation in March. Is there any way at all I can use my companion pass a month late?
