Everyday I read something that makes me less excited for this World Cup. Shame on FIFA for picking such cruel and greedy hosts.
@Bob54920795@Highland__paddy He wasn't backed in his last 2 stints ๐ this is literally the definition of insanity ffs
"Right manager v anybody" for a man who is retired. Jesus suffering fuck.
@KrH1989@davidhunterrr it's about him lying ya fud. He can just admit to being another bootlicker like the rest of them keeping England tops in their wardrobe and we'll all laugh at him and move on.
@coll_wild If he's not put off by Isreal why would he be put off by us?
Also footballers and managers have zero trouble ignoring fan wishes. He'll get a nice salary, join an absolute pisstake of a setup where he can stroll it to trophies when most fans will fall in line.
@petercassidy20@minimark3324 Mate look at those trophies and what they mean ๐๐ we can stroll the league, if all you care about is empty trophies then fair enough but you're standards are well on the floor and you're being taken for a mug off a board making themselves filthy rich doing hee haw
@20MinuteTims He is right in that Celtic are miles above Championship level, but that only applies to Europe.
The board know fans ultimately tolerate failure and even embarrassment in Europe so long as titles are won back home. Keane can absolutely do that, almost anyone can.
@20MinuteTims Celtic can afford that. They have a tonne of money in the bank, a league with no jeopardy, a fanbase which the majority is happy to attend games so long as trophies are won. Until that changes, they're doing the bare minimum because they can.
