@eoinbara Similar issue last week with DHL. I had a VAT charge of €75 on vat exempt items, they agreed to waver the VAT charge but wanted to charge me a €50 admin fee to do so 🤯

@davemolloy I bought an item from Amazon UK before Christmas but the delivery to Cork was delayed, it arrived on the 3rd January with a lovely €108 customs charge attached! (€10 customs and €98 VAT)

@nilbymouth @sendboyle No footpaths on the lane, families with children live there, it won’t be safe with added traffic. If they remove the cars, I’m all for the gates to the park opening

@nilbymouth @sendboyle They won’t do this. Easily 10/15 cars parked on the lane daily, belonging to school students & people who park there & walk/bus into in the city. Permits will only make it a free for all on Sundays, busiest day for families to go to the park. It needs to be double yellow at least
