On September 24, 2026 the board terminated you as General Counsel for cause and removed you as a director. You have no authority to issue notices on behalf of the Society, and this one carries no weight.

A Corporate Registry filing records who the directors are. It doesn't decide who they are. Directors are elected under the bylaws, and Tanya and I were. You approved the November 2025 minutes yourself.

The Secretary tried to file the Society's updates and couldn't, because Mitch never signed off on the audited financial report or submitted it to Corporate Registry. You were General Counsel for years and never made sure the Society's filings were in order. The state of the Registry is not proof that the board doesn't exist.

You had an opportunity to speak to this and choose not to.
