How about research how to overturn an amendment. It’s extremely difficult and the Supreme Court can’t overturn a constitutional amendment.
@nsurf9@EricLDaugh It doesn’t matter what the intent was, that intent wasn’t what was written. The framers of the 14th amendment could have easily added it, but they didn’t. So their intent was what was memorialized into the 14th amendment. They just didn’t “forget” to add that line.

These employees know exactly how the system works, what gets flagged, what doesn’t, and where enforcement is weak.
That’s not just hypocrisy.
That’s tax fraud risk inside the tax authority itself.
So here’s the real question: Should Scott Bessent put IRS employees with unpaid taxes on probation, just like any other federal worker?
Because, if the IRS won’t enforce the rules on itself, why should the public trust enforcement at all?

@FPLMate I sure would and wouldn’t think twice about it. I don’t condone what R Kelly did but I still listen to his music, I still watch movies with Kevin Spacy, and the list goes on. If he’s playing well I wouldn’t hesitate.
