Team DMB needs everyone's assistance. Please, share with all your contacts. Donations can be made from anywhere in the USA to include military installations overseas. And yes, residents can make donations to the campaign. Thank you in advance.
Tampering, manipulation and suppression of the electoral vote via the electronic voting machines in @ElPasoCounty is real and @EPCountyAtty are obstructing justice. What is @KenPaxtonTX@TXAG doing? Nothing. What is the 5th circuit going to do? Nothing. Letting the county and the state get away with federal violations. That is why I will work my hardest so Paxton does not get elected in the Senate. We cannot afford for him to confirm any more rouge and corrupt agency department heads than we already have. @AngelaPaxtonTX needs to have peace while in office to be able to work for her constituents. Her husband will not work for us, he will work for @POTUS no matter what. But, soon or later, @realDonaldTrump will fire him. Angela is a good legislator and we must keep her in office.

11 years ago was my last Joint/Multinational tour in Japan after 5 tours. Best assignment and leadership I ever had. We, the logistics directorate, were killing it on every mission. I loved being part of something so meaningful for years to come in the Pacific. It was my reset button from a rouge/corrupt agency since the government created DHS. Why? Because there was zero accountability.
Suddenly, my magical bubble popped, but back then, I could not understand any of it. That turned sour after my Joint Chiefs of Staff, who was under investigation, requested that I write a sworn statement as a witness on a sexual assault committed by a full-time African American, Major at the time, on a female junior officer around 2016. Not only did my former BDE CDR back in the states persecute, retaliate, and discriminate against me over the years, but management at CBP, when he himself, after being forced out of the service, personally contacted my civilian employment to place my career in danger. That is why Congress created an independent body to clean out the military. Not because of my case, but because of all the cases that came after mine, when the military opted to turn a blind eye. My brain could not process the trauma, and it got aggravated by CBP over the years to a point of no return. My condition and symptoms got worse, and my employer and many management officials who had an agenda made them worse. I have been living in pure hell for over 10 years. They just wanted me to go away, to give up, or to end my life. That is called Moral Injury in the workplace. That is the real Invisible Wound. That is why Stuart Mayper, R.I.P., and I pushed so hard to End Workplace Abuse. That is why Deliris "DMB" Montanez fights for so many suffering in silence and so many who no longer have a voice because they either ended their lives or their medical conditions gave up on them.
In 2016, Obama, because of the famous DEI, saved the Major's career and destroyed mine for being righteous and doing the right thing. A JAG, who was part of the civilian Western AUSA, allowed our government to destroy my life to prevent the government from embarrassment. How? They protected the rouge/corrupt military leadership. What they did to me deserves the death penalty, from the BDE CDR to the DOD civilians involved, and from the evil SBPA's to the DHS level. They controlled and decided the outcome of every administrative complaint filed and every civil case filed. DOD/DA NEVER investigated and continuously engaged in violations of the EO and WPA, so did CBP. During President Trump's first term, he did a lot from firing leaders in the military to firing high ranking leaders in DHS, but his worked was never completed due to the 2020 elections fiasco. @POTUS@FLOTUS@VP@JDVance@realDonaldTrump@SenateGOP@SenateDems
It is all documented, but DHS/CBP will never allow the judicial system to take its course. Why? Because it is the most rogue and corrupt federal agency in our federal government. They will deceive Judge D. Guaderrama every time they have, with the help of our corrupt/rogue attorneys/prosecutors. Same as they did with Judge Kathleen Cardone. Sadly, these judges are appointed and the only way to get rid of them is by congressional impeachment. Our Congresswoman Veronica Escobar could have done that but she made her choice. Her personal and political affiliation agenda obscured her decision making abilities.
A litigant should decide if they want a Magistrate to decide on a case, not the clerks. These judges are not even looking at the cases. In the administrative phase, a complainant decides if the case gets moved to another jurisdiction, not the agency counsel who watch over the agency's interests. Not only did the clerks violate my civil rights, but the agency counsel did as well. That is called OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE AND JUDICIAL INTERFERENCE, among many other civil rights violations. I only trust God and President Donald J. Trump to do right.
Our judicial system and our administrative processes, not limited to the EEOC and MSPB, need reform ASAP. When we do that, we will have victory on suicide prevention and many other matters that can be prevented. We will be able to balance the budget because there will be a lot of departments and positions that will no longer be needed to focus on the real needs of our nation. 1st Responder Conferences First Responder Support Network @StopFraud@WhistleblowerNN@WhistleP2P@WhistlblowrNews
That is why funding of the Executive Branch Anti-Weaponization Fund is co-critical. Democrats will make you believe that it is because of Jan 6, but I can assure America that is not the case. President Trump knows our Judicial System is totally broken and have failed so many constituents. We must trust in the unseen and let God do His work. If not we are just ducks in a murked pond. @JudicialWatch@Unite4Freedom https://t.co/aAnnXToYxI

@HouseDemocrats@SenateDems@SenateGOP@HouseGOP my goal IS NOT to create/register a new political party to create more division, we have plenty of that, my vision is to educate ALL elegible voters and empower them to vote consciously. No more indoctrination of ANY kind. The voters will decide the future of our nation no matter which political organizations our commander-in-chief affiliates with. After all, @POTUS was a registered Democrat before becoming a Republican. That is where education starts, from the grassroots. That is FREEDOM and that is why many immigrants want to enter our country. Of course, there is a percentage who only wants to destroy our nation and those are the ones who we must prepare for 24/7/365, not just regular hours. The devil works while we sleep. Never forget that. @elonmusk@realDonaldTrump@MELANIATRUMP@FLOTUS@VP@JDVance

Vendors for electronic voting machines must be held accountable as well as local political parties and @EP_Elections for election fraud since 2022 or even before. The judicial system will decide because our @ElPasoCounty attorney's office and Commissioners Court have been compromised and are covering for the county. @KenPaxtonTX@POTUS@POTUS@FLOTUS@MELANIATRUMP@elonmusk
Was Jane Nelson, Secretary of State, abruptly opted to leave her position because she is in fact a liability for the State of Texas. There is a case pending against her in the 5th circuit that could expose how Republicans have intervene in our federal elections. Did whistleblowers in her office stepped forward and filed a formal complaint making protected disclosures? @GregAbbott_TX@GovAbbottPress if so, our governnor's position is at risk. I pray our commander-in-chief has a plan before we lose Texas. We cannot protect the state when the state is the one engaging in evil activity against our own U.S Constitution and Bill of Rights. @POTUS@POTUS@FLOTUS@MELANIATRUMP Loyalty is to our nation, our land, and our people.....ALWAYS.

"If my input is important, as it states above, then publish it as is.
As a former federal government employee who made MANY protected disclosures under the U.S Constitution and federal established laws, I do not support this proposed restriction on the NDA. It is our duty as per the oath we took as federal employees to serve and protect our nation, meaning our land and its people. OPM continues to give too much leeway to these federal agencies to violate government employees' civil rights, and the judicial system, as broken as it is, does not give an avenue for relief to pro se litigants, causing them to become "homeless". High credit cards equal homelessness because if the employee does not pay them, the government takes possession of all their hard-earned assets. Not only the employees' assets, but also their families and their loved ones. I have lost several federal employees, co-workers of mine, because this evil machine is taking their last breath.
Not only was I myself persecuted by an agency under OPM, but they made my life a living hell, and that is an understatement, to protect the agency and the government from embarrassment. Not only was my First Amendment violated, but several others, including the Second, Fourth, and Fifth Amendments. That is not freedom, and for sure it is not democracy. Our country is getting worse than some third-world countries.
There is a clear monopoly between attorneys and the courts in the current judicial system, and passing this restriction will make the livelihood of government employees harder to sustain at all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, financially, and the suicide rates in our nation will drastically increase among federal employees. Trust me, it will have a ripple effect.
No one could state it any better - "Enforcing this restriction against a whistleblower would contravene the First Amendment, the Whistleblower Protection Act, Supreme Court precedent, and the federal anti-gag statute," said Tom Devine, Legal Director at Government Accountability Project."
It is not about the money, it is about the huge exposure in the judicial system. Did the legislative branch intervened in the judicial system? @elonmusk
Thank you, @POTUS@FLOTUS@realDonaldTrump
President Trump rejected potentially billions in damages in his IRS leak lawsuit for a settlement that would fund justice for alleged victims of government abuse. Critics now attack the remedy rather than confront the misconduct it exposes.
I explore this in my column in The Hill this week:
Last week, the Justice Department announced a new $1.776 billion “anti-weaponization fund” as part of the settlement of President Trump’s lawsuit over the illegal leak of his tax returns. Trump did something rare in Washington: he walked away from potentially billions of dollars of direct damages for himself and his company so the federal government would instead set up a process to compensate Americans who say they were abused by that same government. That is the truth behind this fund, and it is why so many of Trump’s political opponents and critics are now lining up against it—they are not objecting because the fund is corrupt, but because it exposes misconduct inside the government that was long downplayed or ignored. For years, Americans watched federal agencies turn their power against citizens on the wrong side of the prevailing political consensus.Conservatives were targeted by the IRS. Parents were treated as threats for speaking out at school board meetings. Prolife advocates were dragged into court. Catholics were monitored. Political opponents of the Biden administration were treated not simply as rivals, but as potential dangers.President Trump has made clear that this pattern has to end, and the White House’s own fact sheet on ending the weaponization of the federal government says his FY 2027 budget is meant to restore a government “by and for the people,” not one that targets and intimidates https://t.co/ocZbzedYDK the anti-weaponization fund is in place, and many of the same voices that dismissed earlier complaints about abuse are suddenly gravely concerned about the process. Under the Justice Department’s settlement announcement, Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and the Trump Organization receive a formal apology for the improper handling of his tax information—but no money.Instead, the government is establishing a structured process to hear claims from others who say they suffered political, personal or ideological retaliation, and to provide monetary relief or formal apologies where warranted. Claims can be filed by anyone who can show they were unfairly targeted on political, personal or ideological grounds, and the commission must finish its work by late 2028 under the settlement. The fund will draw $1.776 billion from the existing “Judgment Fund,” which is used to cover legal settlements against the federal government. Participation in the new fund is voluntary, there are no partisan requirements for filing a claim, quarterly reports are built in, and any money left over ultimately returns to the federal government.I hope those appointed to oversee the compensation fund have a broad understanding of the abuses of power and abuse that targeted not only Trump and his allies but countless other Americans who would have no effective redress of grievances but for this new fund. The sooner the leadership and rules are established the better so justice can finally flow to the regular people harmed by lawfare.Judicial Watch represented Ashli Babbitt’s family in the wrongful death lawsuit over her outrageous shooting death at the January 6 protests. Ashli's family had to go through years of administrative delays and federal litigation before President Trump's team settled the claims for her wrongful death. Other victims of government abuse and misconduct should have an easier time getting justice under the new compensation fund. The new compensation fund has significantly more transparency than the federal tort claims process the Justice Department already uses for considering, settling, or ignoring citizen claims of abuse and misconduct by the federal government. The deeper objection by the DC political-media Borg caterwauling about the anti-weaponization fund is not really about dollars and cents or transparency. It is about what the fund implicitly concedes: that government weaponization is a real problem, and that people who were harmed by it deserve an avenue for redress. Admitting that premise would mean acknowledging that Trump and his allies were abused through the worst government corruption in American history, and that citizens on the wrong side of those decisions paid a price. For many of Trump’s critics, it is easier to attack the remedy than to confront that reality.Americans across the political spectrum should be able to agree on a basic principle: a government that can abuse citizens must also be answerable to them. The anti-weaponization fund is one piece of that effort. It signals that if the government targeted you for political reasons, you should not be told simply to move on and trust the same institutions that failed you. You should be heard. You should have a claim. And you should get some modicum of justice under law. President Trump and his family gave up countless amounts of money to ensure citizen victims of government abuse at least have a chance for compensation. He should be praised, not attacked, for this selflessness.

A step in the right direction. Thank you, @POTUS If the migrants are already in the system with an A number and they do not have a criminal history, it is only fair to allow them to stay.
