@HotpointUK Trying to arrange a repair for my oven since Monday but getting nowhere... I've spoken to 4 people and put through to another team twice, only to be cut off. Then went through live chat and arranged call back... that then has a 30 minute wait and AGAIN cuts off!!!!!
