Anyone having issues with @Vrbo this year. They have totally destroyed my summer bookings by fully refunding guest who have cancelled within the no cancel time limit with no refund? No matter how many times you talk to them and explain their terms … they just process the refund

#vrbo are you the latest entity to forgo customer support and service. You are unable to abide by the cancellation terms in a hosts policy ? When someone cancels within the no refund period you don’t collect the outstanding amount … seriously

@Bell so you sold me on OneBill and I converted from Bell flat rate 179. U put it in writing. Stop billing me 2 invoices and an additional amount per month . 40 hours support, but no one shows up. Beware home security has horrible customer support and can’t do anything.
