*FYI*

A pt brought us their tadalafil 5 mg manufacturer bottle stating when they took off the foil, they noticed the pills were different. Upon research it was aripiprazole 5 mg from the same manufacturer. It has been reported to the FDA & Solco. Please be vigilant
