Caring for someone with DMD goes beyond medical treatment, it’s about daily support, movement, and well-being.

Here are some essential care tips:
1. Encourage movement to prevent stiffness
2. Regular physiotherapy to prolong limb function and prevent stiffness
3. Encourage a balanced diet for general wellbeing, including muscle health.
