Often in education we are more focused on change than progress. The latest programs, newest gimmicks, or just adding more doesn’t mean progress. In fact it rarely does. Perseverance is important. We have to stick to what we believes works & then actually give it time to work!
I’ve proven that I can teach in pajama bottoms for almost a full year. I’ve proven that the relationships I’ve built with my students & the respect they have for me, are not based on my outfit.
So, why can’t I wear jeans?
