@The_Nutrivore So you have to tell them. In the primary prevention, low risk arms, of study (Cochran database) there is no advantage to statins over 10 yrs. Primarily due to side effects.

@holmanm And I was armed with maximal information plus maximal support. There was no parameter I couldn’t research and understand. To tell an average person “follow this diet and stop your meds” is indeed dangerous.
