@Walmart thinks it’s acceptable to have their delivery driver miss 90% of our order, tag it as delivered and the resolution is that I get to reorder everything while this driver keeps the tip and I end up having to tip the second driver. Fantastic customer service.
@Apple@AppleSupport it is beyond unacceptable how your standards have fallen. You’ve had my AirPods for 2 weeks to repair. I was told today to wait another 2-8 days for customer relations to contact me. UNACCEPTABLE. A replacement and better customer service is in order!
