The website is so horrendous it makes ordering a chore in itself, and I have a problem with my order at least 1/3 orders, so I was going to let my sub run out. That website update or...glitch, maybe? Was what got me to renew. So I'm super disappointed. Biggest pain point.

Hey @InstacartHelp , I renewed earlier this year after logging into the website the last month of my subscription to see it was actually much better, responsive, and more organized. So I renewed. And now it's back to the laggy mess that it was before. Seriously, what gives?

@Drowkin1 @DaybreakGames I completely agree that consumers should not continue to give money to companies they disagree with.

I also believe companies should be more concerned with who is giving them money. So, in a sense, this is a great natural outcome for all parties involved.

@PantheonMMO I tend to go a few levels before trying to get the specific weapon type I'd like my character to use. At first, I tend to take what's given, and just let the stats decide.
