***BREAKING***
Here it is.
The letter, signed by 17 Oklahoma House Republicans, calling for an investigation into the possible impeachment of Oklahoma State Superintendent Ryan Walters.
More to come.
@kfor
@united international flight canceled. Seat-mates text United and got $600 in compensation. I called and got $100. I emailed and got $150. The inconsistency raises serious question about United’s fairness and equity in its policies. Customer service refuses to make it right.
Hey dipshits.
The Transgender Day of Visibility has been held every March 31 for fifteen fucking years. Easter only happens on March 31 rarely. It won’t happen again until the year 2086.
So I want to get this straight: we have to start paying back student loans next month to a government that’s about to get shut down willfully by the same members of Congress who took out millions in forgiven loans but refuse to use their power to ease the student loan crisis?
We, as Oklahomans, cannot and should not settle for the mediocrity and incompetence of state leaders that wish to dismantle, dissolve and destroy institutions we hold dear, especially tribal sovereignty and public education.
@onepeloton our bike has been broken since April. Of these three appointments we’ve had scheduled for repair, the company you partner with has shown up ONCE. I’ve been waiting since last Friday to hear when we can possibly get another appt. Who can I even call at this point?
Impeach Kevin Stitt.
Impeach Ryan Walters.
We deserve better than incompetent, negligent, crooked office holders who continuously put their political interest before Oklahomans.
We deserve actual leadership.
For six days, Kevin Stitt couldn’t even be bothered to respond to a text thread with state officials and the mayor of Oklahoma’s second largest city in the middle of a disaster.
And then he lied about all of it on TV this morning.
That man has no business being a Governor.
Those receiving SNAP benefits and have spoiled food from loss of power are eligible for a replacement. The loss must be verified and reported within 10 days. Here is a form: https://t.co/iuR17Ld8yM
This is a story that the national media needs to pay attention to, immediately. Tulsa still has nearly 200k people with no power, stores running out of gas & ice and temps getting close to 100 today.
It’s been 3 days since a record-breaking storm hit Tulsa, leaving almost 200,000 ppl without power.
The temp is over 90.
People still have no gas or electricity.
Governor Stitt is in France & won’t declare a state of emergency to help.
It’s inexcusable. We deserve better.
@onepeloton waited six weeks for an appointment with a tech. SIX WEEKS. Finally got one today and they never showed up. I’ve been paying for a product we can’t even use. And no help from Peloton.

Oklahoma. America.
It. does. not. have. to. be. like. this.
Our schools should be safe.
Our colleges should be safe.
Our churches, grocery stores, malls and movie theaters should be safe.
We should be safe.
Praying for everyone at OU tonight.
It doesn’t have to be like this.
Once again - the quiet part out loud.
They’re scared of young, intelligent, progressive voters.
It’s why they make it harder to vote on college campuses - and it’s why they want to deny students the right to learn true history and freedom of thought.
This is their game plan.
