@olliecarroll I think Telegram is FSB (KGB) project: (1) they blocked 1/4 of Amazon with hundreds of other resources; (2) they made a great promotion to Telegram and comrade Durov worldwide as reliable and secure communication tool; (3) they are using it themselves :).
