@tram17743739 @AirCanada If you’re a US citizen you can file complaints with the US DOT, in Canada you file with the canadian transportation agency. You also file directly on Air Canadas website in their customer support section under baggage claim
Day 13- no luggage and no assistance from @AirCanada - how have our bags not been scanned yet?? WorldTracer says “tracing continues.” This is so irresponsible, I’m appalled by the sheer disregard for passengers and the lack of urgency with returning bags back to where they belong
@kees_kaleido @globeandmail Maybe this will give @AirCanada more time to find my luggage. It’s been 13 days without my bag and 13 days of having to spend time and money trying to replace the essentials that were lost by this pitiful excuse of an airline. @AClostmyluggage
@tram17743739 @AirCanada Wow I’m so sorry to hear that. I know the pain. By law, your bag is considered lost after 21 days, at which point Air Canada has to compensate us for lost luggage as well as interim expenses
Day 9- no sign of our luggage. When will @AirCanada bring in a third party to help sort out the mess at @TorontoPearson and reunite passengers with their belongings. Apologies in advance to the @USDOT for many complaints coming your way

Disaster at Montreal Airport tonight. Why am I posting this? 1) Do not fly Air Canada. I suspect they are headed for bankruptcy again which is a shame, as I have 700k aeroplan points. 2) If you fly, take only carry-on bags. Don’t believe me? Watch my video.

@LoHo__ Nope, we have been in contact faith them for a while now. They offered us a $600 e-voucher which we’re not accepting. Doesn’t even come close to covering all the damages
@AirCanada Day 7 with no luggage and no response. Spoke with a representative on the phone who transferred us to a baggage line that isn’t taking any calls. When will you respond to us to help make this right?
