@anselm_io The argument about extra heating is really weak. This is especially true of AC, which can be run for free using PV panels and a battery during the most favourable season of the year without emitting any greenhouse gases.

If you want to know what Ive's next big thing is, wait until fall 2025. Ferrari will unveil its first EV, the result of a collaboration between LoveFrom and the in-house design team. We don't know too much, except that Samsung will supply an exclusive next-generation display.

We got some details. They're going to capture and amplify the vibrations caused by the electric motors to get the motor sound. I think this is way more interesting than the fake sound engine adopted so far.

LoveFrom's interior design will be revealed in early 2026.

Every single person I've seen make a nuanced take on a heated subject on social media (myself included) got the groupthink of both sides come at them.

Conclusion: the only way to thrive on social media is to pick a side. Do what you want with that fact.

They never took the OS issue seriously. In addition to the points explained in the tweet, I also consider the large virtual keyboard to be an ergonomic failure. When you try to use it, you're tempted to pick up your iPhone and write on it.

The rise of AI agents with remote control actually disproved Apple’s decade-long thesis about iPad. The reason iPad failed to replace MacBooks isn’t due to lack of fancy gestural windows management or unified UI. It’s simply that filesystem access and unscriptability sucked

Consider that using your phone’s agents to control your laptop has been proven super useful even to grandpas. But using it to control your iPad is basically useless

It's a damn shame, because iPad is an ideal form factor good for vague gestures and convenience, and bad at the stuff agents excel at (micro-annoyances, low-level manipulations)

The tech industry is the story of two types of engineers: those who see research technology and want to make it accessible, and those who see research technology and say “why would I work on this? It exists / it’s a commodity.”

Do not be the latter. The last 10% of quality / accessibility is where research goes to die
