@bencichy This is a great reminder of why I am a teacher. I foster those who want to go back, encourage and guide them with the hope that I can show them a new path 🤞
@bencichy I struggle as a stem teacher. Kids get frustrated, I get frustrated but in the end we have achieved so much. Looks of anticipation, excitement and disappointment as we test projects. Some go back to the drawing board, some give up before we started.
And you know what, I would be just done with it but I am just so sick of the lack of compassion from people, especially people that make money off of me from buying and selling. Just done with #mercari@mercari_app teach compassion.

Hurricane Sally hits us directly. No electricity for 4.5 days, I cancel because I literally can not deal with this.
Have electricity, starting to rebuild, try to deal with situation again and process return

Rep is like blah blah, if you want we can give you a coupon for $10- and you can cancel. At this point, I'm preparing for a hurricane, juggling an infant and a todder, and my classroom don't have time to deal with this

How about you bring back customer service?
1 out of the 2 toys I purchased arrived broken. I spent $30 to ship!
Had to search for how to submit request and took multiple days, appx three days actually to get a response.
