What is going on with the Binance PizzaDay event?

Yesterday Binance fixed many “Not Eligible” accounts, but now the same issue has started again. Even old, fully eligible accounts are getting “Rewards Failed” without any valid reason.

This is unacceptable. Users followed the rules, used one account per device, and still got disqualified or failed rewards.

If this continues, how can users trust future Binance events?

Most Bangladeshi Binance accounts are being marked as “Not Eligible.” Users who joined the Pizza event with only one account on one phone are also facing this issue. In many cases, both the team leader’s account and the user’s account are being marked as not eligible. A proper solution is needed because my account was marked “Not Eligible” without any valid reason.
