Our first experience with confocal laser microscopy is very exciting, but we need to learn how to interpret whole surface imaging as compared with segmental techniques such as NS.

PSMA negative patients with pN1 at PLND do better than PSMA-positive patients and therefor we should not omit PLND in the PSMA-negative high-risk population. Right strategy for intermediate-risk also remains unclear.
